When you enter into an agreement under sections like section 315, section 316, section 317, or section 318, this section applies to you. You need to publish the agreement and any changes to it on a website that Customs maintains.

The agreement and its changes must be available for everyone to see on the Internet site. However, if the Official Information Act 1982 says that some information can be kept secret, then that information does not have to be published.

If some information is kept secret, you still have to publish a summary of the agreement or its changes on the Customs website.
