Practising certificates
31Board to consider certain applications
Promptly after the Registrar refers an application for a practising certificate to the Board, the Board must consider,—
- unless the referral is made under section 30(1)(b)(iii) or (2A), whether the applicant is competent to practise as a social worker under section 38; or
- if the referral is made under section 30(1)(b)(iii) or (2A), whether the applicant is fit to practise as a social worker under section 47.
