When the Tribunal makes an order, it must be in writing, and you will know why the order was made because it contains a statement of the reasons for it. The order must also be signed by the presiding officer at the hearing. The Tribunal's order is not just kept to itself, the Registrar must give a copy to the person who laid the charge, the social worker, and any complainant. The order starts from the day the social worker gets a copy, or a later date that is specified in the order, as stated in the section 145 of this act.
