The Registrar has to keep the Register of Social Workers where you can see it at the Board's office when it is open. You can go to the office and look at the Register during the office's ordinary hours. The Registrar also has to make sure you can get a copy of the Register or print it out at the office.

The Registrar can give you a copy of the Register or let you print it out, but you might have to pay a fee set by the Board. If you do not pay the fee, the Registrar can say no to letting you see the Register or giving you a copy. The Board sets the fee, and you have to pay it if you want to see the Register or get a copy.

You can look at the Register at the Board's office, and the Registrar has to help you do this by keeping it available and letting you print it out or get a copy, as long as you pay the fee if there is one.
