78Social worker may apply for revocation of direction
A social worker may at any time apply to the Tribunal for the revocation of a direction under section 77(1).
The application must be in writing and delivered to the Registrar.
The Tribunal—
- must hear the application within 10 working days after it is received by the Registrar; and
- the Tribunal may, as it thinks fit,—
- grant or refuse the application; or
- in the case of conditions imposed under section 77(1)(b), amend or replace the conditions.
- grant or refuse the application; or
The Registrar must promptly give the social worker notice of the Tribunal's decision.
The Tribunal may revoke a direction under section 77(1) of its own motion.
The Tribunal's decision takes effect immediately.
