91Procedure on appeal
An appeal under this Part must be heard as soon as is reasonably practicable after it is lodged.
On hearing the appeal, the District Court—
- may confirm, reverse, or modify the decision or order appealed against; and
- may make any other decision or order that the person or body that made the decision or order appealed against could have made.
The District Court must not review—
- any part of a decision or order not appealed against; or
- any decision or order not appealed against at all.
