The Board can tell the Registrar to publish a notice about a social worker. This notice says what the Board has decided about the social worker and the social worker's name. You can find this notice in publications the Board chooses.

If the Tribunal makes a decision about a social worker, the Registrar must publish a notice. This notice says what the Tribunal decided, the social worker's name, and what happened in the case. The Tribunal decides where the notice is published.

If a court makes a decision about a social worker, the Registrar must also publish a notice. This notice says what the court decided, the social worker's name, and what happened in the case. The court decides where the notice is published.

There are some things that cannot be published, like information that is secret because of an order under section 79(2) or section 80(6). A court can also stop some information from being published. The Registrar must follow any orders from a court when publishing notices.
