If you are registered as a social worker temporarily, you will be registered with conditions that relate to where you will be working. You might also have other conditions that apply to your work. When you are registered temporarily, there are rules about how long you can be registered for. Your temporary registration can last for up to 6 months, and if it is renewed, the total time cannot be more than 3 years when added to any previous temporary registrations you have had.
