If a professional conduct committee makes a decision, they must tell you what it is and why they made it. They have to write to the Registrar, the social worker, and the person who made the complaint, if there is one. The committee might decide that the social worker's competence or fitness to practise should be reviewed, or they might decide to send a complaint to conciliation, as stated in section 71(1)(b)(ii) to (v). When the Registrar gets the notice, they must show it to the Board straight away.
