If you are part of a professional conduct committee or the Tribunal, this section is about you. You do important work, and this section says that just because someone on your team was not appointed correctly, it does not mean what you do is invalid. It also says that if someone on your team is not supposed to be there, it still does not make what you do invalid.

If there is a problem with how someone was chosen to be on your team, it will not affect the work you do. You can still make decisions and take actions, even if there was an issue with someone's appointment. This applies to both the professional conduct committee and the Tribunal, and it helps ensure that your work can continue even if there are some problems.
