A professional conduct committee can decide how it wants to run its meetings and discussions. You need to know that the committee must follow the rules of natural justice, which means being fair and listening to both sides. The committee also has to follow this Act and any regulations made under it, which you can find on the Social Workers Registration Act 2003 or related links like the Social Workers Registration Legislation Act 2019.
