130: Restoration of entries
You could also call this:
"Getting your social worker registration back after it's been cancelled"
If your entry in the Register of Social Workers has been cancelled under section 128(3), or subsection (3) or subsection (4) of section 129, this section applies to you.
You can apply in writing to have your entry restored.
The Board must then tell the Registrar to put your entry back in the Register.
When you apply, you are asking the Board to direct the Registrar to restore your entry.
The Board will make this decision based on your written application.

This section applies to a person if the entry in the Register relating to the person has been cancelled under section 128(3), or subsection (3) or subsection (4) of section 129.
On the written application of a person to whom this section applies, the Board must direct the Registrar to restore the entry in the Register relating to the person.
