Ministerial policy statements
211Consultation on proposed ministerial policy statements
Before issuing a ministerial policy statement, a Minister must—
- consult—
- the Inspector-General; and
- any other Minister of the Crown whose area of responsibility, in the Minister’s opinion, includes an interest in the proposed ministerial policy statement; and
- any other person that the Minister considers appropriate; and
- the Inspector-General; and
- have regard to any comments received under paragraph (a).
