186Advice on compliance with Inspector-General’s recommendations

  1. The Inspector-General may advise the Minister who received a report under section 185(3)(a) on—

  2. the compliance by an intelligence and security agency with the recommendations in that report; and
    1. the adequacy of any remedial or preventative measures taken by an intelligence and security agency following an inquiry.
