When you look at the law, you will see a section called section 9A. This section is about what is meant by a "mass arrival group". You can find more information about this in the Immigration Act 2009, but a small part of section 9A is being changed. The change is in section 9A(2) and it means that some words are being removed. These words are "(within the meaning of section 96(4))" and they will not be there anymore.
