235Requirement to hold periodic reviews

  1. A review of the intelligence and security agencies and this Act must, in accordance with the terms of reference specified under section 236(3)(a), be—

  2. commenced as soon as practicable on or after 1 July 2021; and
    1. afterwards, held at intervals not shorter than 5 years and not longer than 7 years.
