210Content of ministerial policy statements

  1. A ministerial policy statement must, without limitation, state—

  2. the procedures of an intelligence and security agency for authorising the carrying out of an activity relating to a matter (if applicable); and
    1. the protections that need to be in place in relation to the matter (if any); and
      1. the restrictions in relation to the matter (if any).
