47Failure to comply with closing order

  1. Every person commits an offence against this Act who, being the owner or occupier of any premises in respect of which a closing order is in force—

  2. inhabits or occupies the premises or any part thereof; or
    1. permits or suffers any other person to inhabit or occupy the premises or any part thereof.
