Part 4ANational Cervical Screening Programme

112APurpose

  1. The purpose of this Part is—

  2. to reduce the incidence and mortality rate of cervical cancer by providing for the continuation of the NCSP; and
    1. to facilitate the operation and evaluation of that national cervical screening programme by—
      1. enabling access to information and specimens by the persons operating the programme; and
        1. enabling access to information and specimens by screening programme evaluators appointed to evaluate that programme; and
          1. enabling access to information by specified classes of persons for the purpose of providing cervical screening, assessment, and treatment services and by researchers.
