When you break a rule in the Health Act, you might commit what is called an infringement offence.
An infringement offence is when you do something wrong under section 114 or some regulations made under section 119 about artificial UV tanning services.
You will have to pay a fee, called an infringement fee, which is decided by regulations made under section 117.

The amount of the infringement fee is prescribed in these regulations.
