Health Act 1956

Quarantine

105: Ship arriving from infected place

You could also call this:

"Ships from places with infections must dock at special inspection spots."

If you are the master of a ship coming from a place with an infection in New Zealand, you must not let your ship moor or berth anywhere except at a place where it can be inspected. You can only do this if the medical officer of health or health protection officer tells you it is okay. The medical officer of health or health protection officer is in charge of keeping people healthy and safe from infections.
