If you are involved in an appeal about infectious diseases, you can ask the Court of Appeal to look at the decision made by the High Court. You need to get permission from the Court of Appeal to do this, and you can only appeal if the decision was about a question of law. The Court of Appeal has the same power as the High Court to make decisions on the appeal. When the Court of Appeal makes a decision, it is final and cannot be changed.
