Health Act 1956

Administration - Personal information

22H: Anonymous health information

You could also call this:

"Sharing health information without saying who the person is"

You can share health information with others if it does not say who the person is. This means you can give health information to someone else as long as it does not have any details that could identify the person it is about. You are allowed to do this, even if other laws or rules might say you cannot share the information.
