112ZJEffect of expiry or revocation of standards incorporated by reference

  1. Standards incorporated by reference in regulations that expire or that are revoked or that cease to have effect cease to have legal effect as part of the regulations only if regulations made under section 112ZF(1)(g) state that the standards cease to have legal effect.
