56Speaker controls and administers parliamentary precincts

  1. The control and administration of the parliamentary precincts is vested in the Speaker on behalf of the House of Representatives.

  2. The Speaker may delegate to any person any function, duty, or power that the Speaker has as a consequence of subsection (1).
