These words are explained in other parts of the Act, such as section 62 for adult dependant and section 63 for authorised funding and services. Other words like chief executive responsible for Ministerial Services and constituency candidate are also defined. A constituency candidate is explained in section 3(1) of the Electoral Act 1993. There are more words to learn, such as disability, which is explained in section 21(1)(h) of the Human Rights Act 1993, and election advertisement, which is explained in section 65. Some words are connected to being a member of Parliament, like ministerial purpose and parliamentary purpose. Ministerial purpose is about a Minister's work, and parliamentary purpose is about a member's work in Parliament. You will also see words like public money, which is explained in section 2(1) of the Public Finance Act 1989, and publish, which is explained in section 3D of the Electoral Act 1993.
