116Immunity for Clerk and employees

  1. The Clerk and the employees of the Office of the Clerk are immune from liability in civil proceedings for good-faith actions or omissions if they are—

  2. carrying out or intending to carry out their responsibilities; or
    1. performing or exercising or intending to perform or exercise their functions, duties, or powers.
