53Status of parliamentary precincts

  1. The land described in Part 1 of Schedule 2 continues to be—

  2. vested in fee simple in the Sovereign for purposes related to use as Parliament Buildings (including the Executive Wing) and grounds; and
    1. held under the Public Works Act 1981 as if the whole of that land had been set apart for those purposes under that Act.
