36Service of exemption certificate or order

  1. A person to whom an exemption certificate, an exemption order, or an interim exemption certificate is granted under section 33, 34, or 35 must serve, or take all reasonable steps to serve, copies of the certificate or order on the plaintiff or prosecutor and all other parties to the proceedings to which the certificate or order relates.
