You need to know how issues about funding and services are resolved. The Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services makes a plan to fix problems. This plan has at least two steps: checking the issue and making a final decision. You are involved in this process through the Minister's plan. The Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services makes the final decision if needed. The chief executive responsible for Ministerial Services also takes part in this process. The Minister's plan is used when there are problems with decisions made under section 94.
