The Remuneration Authority can change a decision that is already in place. You can think of a decision like a rule that says what should happen in certain situations. The Authority can change the rule if it has a mistake or is not clear. They can also change it if something new comes up that was not thought about when the rule was made. The Authority can change the rule if they think there are good reasons to do so, considering all the circumstances.
