81Remuneration Authority may require information and obtain independent advice

  1. The Remuneration Authority may, in the course of preparing a determination,—

  2. require the following persons to provide information that the Authority considers necessary for the purposes of making its determination:
    1. the Clerk:
      1. the chief executive:
        1. the chief executive responsible for Ministerial Services:
          1. a party:
            1. a member; and
            2. obtain advice from a person whose background or experience the Authority considers may assist it in making its determination, including a professional adviser.
