When you look at the law about appeals against decisions of the Commission, you will see a part called 'Orders relating to determination of appeals'. This part is actually no longer in use because it was repealed. You can find out more about what repealed means and how it happened by looking at the Local Government Act 2002, which is the law that changed this part on 1 July 2003.
