If you break a rule about limited access roads, you commit an offence. You do this if you do not follow what section 346F of the Act says. You also commit an offence if you use a crossing place to or from a limited access road that is not allowed under section 346E.

If you use a crossing place that is not authorised, you are breaking the law. This law applies to limited access roads and the crossing places that lead to them. You must follow the rules about these roads and crossing places.
