When a company called Regional Treasury Management Limited is dissolved, you need to look at its final accounts. The law says what happens to these accounts, but this part of the law has been repealed. This means it was removed from the law on 1 July 2004 by section 48(1)(a) of the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004.
