517HProposer

  1. Every transfer proposal filed under section 517E must clearly state—

  2. the name of the proposer; and
    1. an address at which the proposer or a representative of the proposer can be contacted; and
      1. where a representative of the proposer is the person to be contacted, the name of that representative; and
        1. the grounds on which the proposer claims to be entitled to make the proposal.
