When you look at the law about expenditure limits, you need to understand what some words mean. The law has a part called 'Interpretation' that helps you know what these words are. This part is called section 37ZZZIA.

You should know that section 37ZZZIA is no longer part of the law because it was repealed. This means it was removed from the law on 1 July 2003. It was removed by section 266 of the Local Government Act 2002, which you can find on the legislation website.
