When you look at a part of the law called section 692T, you find it is about what happens when a report is received. You see that this section was repealed, which means it is no longer part of the law. It was repealed on 1 July 2003 by a change made in the Local Government Act 2002, which you can find out more about by looking at section 266 of that Act.
