A community is set up in a certain way according to the law. You can find out more about how communities are set up by looking at the rules. The rule about setting up communities, which is section 101ZG, is no longer used because it was repealed on 1 July 2003 by section 266 of the Local Government Act 2002, you can read about it on the legislation website.
