When you look at the law about Ministerial reviews of local authorities in the Local Government Act 1974, you see a part called 'Interpretation'. This part is called section 692L. You need to know that section 692L was repealed, which means it is no longer part of the law. This change happened on 1 July 2003, because of section 266 of the Local Government Act 2002. The Local Government Act 2002 made this change to the law.
