When you look at a law called the Local Government Act 1974, you will find a part that was called 'Apportionment of loan liabilities'. This part was given a number, 37F. You should know that this part of the law is no longer in use. It was stopped from being used on 1 November 1989. This happened because of a change made by the Local Government Amendment Act (No 2) 1989, which you can find out more about by looking at section 3(1) of that law.
