When you look at the law about reserves, you will see a part called Payment and use of reserves contributions. This part is numbered 288. You should know that this part of the law is no longer used, which means it was repealed. It was repealed on 1 October 1991 by a law called the Resource Management Act 1991, which you can find on the legislation.govt.nz website.
