If you have a licence to use someone's land for forestry, you might make improvements to the land. These improvements can be things you do to make the land better for forestry. A law called section 582 used to say something about this, but it is no longer in force because it was repealed on 1 July 2003 by section 266 of the Local Government Act 2002, which you can find on the legislation website.
