34Financial return to the Crown

  1. The Minister may—

  2. require, in return for any permit granted under this Act, the payment of money to the Crown:
    1. include in any permit granted under this Act a condition requiring payments to the Crown by the permit holder for—
      1. the rights given by the permit and this Act; and
        1. any minerals obtained by the permit holder under the permit.
