If you look at a part of the law called the Crown Minerals Act 1991, you will see that section 123 is about court proceedings. You will also see that this section was repealed, which means it is no longer part of the law. This change happened on 24 May 2013, when another law, the Crown Minerals Amendment Act 2013, came into effect, and section 59 of that law removed section 123 from the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
