89ZSApplication of this subpart

  1. This subpart applies to—

  2. each permit holder:
    1. each licence holder:
      1. any other person who is, or will be, obliged under subpart 2 to carry out and meet the costs of decommissioning.
        1. This subpart applies only in relation to—

        2. petroleum infrastructure that was decommissioned on or after commencement; or
          1. any well that was plugged and abandoned on or after commencement.
