Illustration for Crown Minerals Act 1991

If you have given an enforceable undertaking, you can withdraw it or change it at any time, but you need to get the chief executive's written agreement. You can either withdraw the whole undertaking or vary some of the provisions. However, you cannot change the undertaking to relate to a different breach of the Crown Minerals Act or its regulations. You can find more information about this by looking at the relevant section of a previous law.
