52Permit holder may obtain order

  1. Where a permit holder or other person authorised to enter on land under section 49 has complied with the requirements of that section and, in the exercise of his or her rights under that section, is obstructed, hindered, or interfered with by an owner or occupier of the land, or any other person, the permit holder or person so authorised may apply to the District Court for an order directing that he or she or any other person having rights under section 49 be permitted to exercise those rights.
