When a GPS is issued, it must be made available to the public on a website as soon as possible. You can find it on an Internet site maintained by or on behalf of the chief executive. The Minister can change or cancel a GPS at any time.

The Minister might talk to some people or organisations before making any changes to a GPS. If a GPS is changed or cancelled, the public must be told about it on the same website. You will be able to see the updated GPS on the website as soon as possible after it is issued.
