104JRegulations

  1. Regulations may be made under section 105

  2. prescribing infringement offences by—
    1. prescribing a duty, restriction, or prohibition for conduct that is similar to conduct, or similar to an element of conduct, for which there is a duty, restriction, or prohibition under any provision of this Act or regulations; and
      1. providing that a contravention of the duty, restriction, or prohibition is an infringement offence:
      2. prescribing for those infringement offences—
        1. fines not exceeding—
          1. $2,000 for an individual:
            1. $6,000 in any other case:
            2. infringement fees not exceeding—
              1. $1,000 for an individual:
                1. $3,000 in any other case.
